Role Overview
As the Senior Content Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualising, creating, and managing high-quality content that resonates with our audience. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our brand narrative across various platforms, driving reach and engagement, and maintaining the highest standards in content production. Additionally, you will develop and execute content strategies for our campaigns and ads to amplify our brand's reach and impact. A core part of this role is to push the boundaries of traditional beauty communications, creating content that speaks to consumers in ground-breaking ways, in alignment to our founder Hilary’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand’s vision, goals, and luxury positioning.
- Create and manage innovative content strategies specifically for advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and targeting.
- Collaborate with social media, marketing and PR to ensure content is cohesive and supports broader campaign objectives.
Content Creation & Management:
- Produce and oversee high-quality content, including but not limited to written articles, video productions, social media, and digital assets.
- Develop compelling ad content that captures attention, drives conversions, and maintains the brand's luxury but relatable image.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of materials and alignment with marketing schedules.
Creative Direction:
- Alongside Hilary, provide creative direction for photo shoots, video productions, and other content-related projects to ensure brand consistency and excellence.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce visually stunning and on-brand content that challenges conventional beauty standards.
Progressive Beauty Communication:
- Push the boundaries of traditional beauty content by incorporating progressive and innovative approaches that resonate with our consumers who are seeking connection and understanding.
- Craft narratives that not only highlight our products’ unique features but also engage consumers in new and exciting ways, reflecting the evolving landscape of beauty.
Brand Voice & Messaging:
- Maintain and enhance our brand’s ethical, warm yet luxury voice and tone across all content channels.
- Ensure that advertising content is aligned with our brand’s voice and messaging, creating a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
- Emphasise the brand’s commitment to being a leader in progressive beauty, communicating in ways that are relatable, warm, and in alignment with our DNA and values.
Audience Engagement:
- Analyse content performance metrics and audience insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of ad content and strategies, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer preferences to keep our content fresh, relevant, and innovative.
Project Management:
- Lead content projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Work alongside the Social Media Coordinator and Hilary to collaborate and develop a strong cohesiveness of our message through our marketing
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in content production, preferably within the luxury beauty or fashion industry, with a strong background in creating ad content.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content for luxury brands.
- Experience in developing and executing content strategies for advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics and audience expectations.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems and digital tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for pushing the boundaries of beauty communication and engaging consumers in novel ways.

- Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor a passionate marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, resilience, and collaboration.
- Brand Vision Alignment: Collaborate with the founder to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the brand's purpose and values, enhancing our impact on the beauty industry.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and retail channels.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and media to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the beauty industry, with a strong understanding of local and international markets.
- Demonstrated success in scaling brands, particularly in the US, China, and Europe.
