Over the past four years, myself and the team have worked incredibly hard to align ourselves with the best manufacturers in the world and find the partners that support my vision and want to work with a brand like Holme, knowing what we are doing and where we are going.

We now know our different approach to growth means there is more pressure on these relationships in our early phases. Being predominately self-funded, and yet to hit the big sales level, means we are balancing tight cash with large minimum order quantities and that means lots of pressure for both sides.

Working with partners who hold space for that, are patient as we navigate, and work hard on their end to help us get through this period is incredibly important.

So when it came to Holme Skin, we have had years now to see how each partner work. We have engaged a few of our existing partners and also did our due diligence by meeting with many more, before we sat back to bring the information together to make the right call on who to partner with.

In this episode we find our fill manufacturer and bring you along on the very exciting journey to where they are based.

Please know every country and manufacturer have skills and strong points. I didn’t choose this manufacturer because of the heightened marketing around their country's skin focus. I would have gone anywhere in the world to find the right skin partner.

Again, I go to who does the best and never use race or nationality as a reason for the decision. At Holme we are passionate about product, you, education and being ethical. Whoever aligns with these too are our people!
