So we’re taking Back to Basics on the road and bringing it to the rest of the country. 

Join Hilary and the Holme Beauty team as we visit your hometown to empower, educate and give back to our community. This isn’t about rules or everyday makeup regimes - it’s about fun, creativity and self-expression.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend.

These Terms and Conditions govern ticket purchases for the Holme Beauty Back to Basics: Live & Local tour, our mobile beauty masterclass touring Australian cities over summer 26-27. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms set out below.

Ticket price and inclusions

Tickets are $135 AUD, GST inclusive, and include $50 redeemable Holme Beauty product credit, valid for use on the day at your selected event only.

Please carefully check your selected city, date and venue before completing your purchase. Tickets are specific to the location selected at checkout, and Holme Beauty cannot guarantee a transfer or exchange if you purchase a ticket for the wrong city.

Redeemable credit

Your ticket includes $50 of Holme Beauty product credit, redeemable at your selected event on the day only.

The credit is applied at the point of sale on the day — no code required. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or carried over to another day or event. Any unused portion is forfeited at the end of the event and is not refunded or reissued. The credit is not transferable separately from the ticket.

Goodie bags

The first 50 ticket purchasers for each location will also receive a complimentary goodie bag, valid to redeem once per person, while stocks last.

Eligibility is based on ticket purchase order, not arrival order on the day. If you're eligible, a goodie bag is added to your cart automatically when your ticket is added — if it doesn't appear, the allocation has already been exhausted. Goodie bag contents may vary by city and are subject to change without notice. Goodie bags have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for credit.

Refunds and cancellations

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for change of mind or inability to attend.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If we cancel, significantly reschedule, or relocate an event, you'll be offered a full refund or a transfer to another date or city - see Event changes, below.

Ticket transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person, at the purchaser's own discretion. Ticket transfers are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The new attendee's details should be provided to Holme Beauty ahead of the event, at welcome@holmebeauty.com. Holme Beauty is not responsible for any dispute between the original purchaser and the person a ticket is transferred to. Tickets cannot be resold for profit.

Event changes, postponement or cancellation

Holme Beauty reserves the right to change an event's date, venue or format where reasonably necessary, including due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.

If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be provided. If it is rescheduled or relocated, your ticket and inclusions - including any goodie bag eligibility and redeemable credit — will transfer to the new event, with a refund available if the new arrangements don't suit you. We'll notify ticket holders of any changes as soon as possible, using the contact details provided at checkout.

Entry and conduct

Please bring your ticket confirmation, digital or printed, for entry. Entry may be refused, without refund, to anyone who is intoxicated, abusive, or behaves in a way that puts other guests or staff at risk.

By attending, you acknowledge that photography and filming will take place for Holme Beauty marketing purposes.

Privacy and contact

Personal information collected as part of your ticket purchase is handled in accordance with the Holme Beauty Privacy Policy.
