Why Our Customers Will Always Drive Holme Forward.

It’s one thing to be customer focused, it’s a whole other thing to build your business off the words, shared vulnerabilities and requests of your decades long career & the experiences with your makeup clients.

Back in 2021, I started Holme with the knowledge I had consciously learned over the 20 years of being a makeup artist and the 10 years of having makeup salons. What does that mean? Well, I was the nufty that took the long way round. I knew back in London circa 2009 I wanted to create a makeup brand, but wanted it for the future. In the present I wanted to learn as much as I could before launching. Noone can ever say Holme has been an overnight success! Its actually been 17 years of deep diving into women like you and how you need to be supported, to get here.

But now, almost five years into Holme and three years after being full time in the business, that respect to customers and listening to their feedback is still something that drives the business forward today. 

It's what steers our product development schedule, ie. we pushed back other launches to prioritise Holme Skin after huge feedback for years about how peoples skincare wasn’t working for their makeup; how we changed our launch events to make it about our customers instead, but also- amongst so many other things how we real time support customer feedback.

Over the coming months we will start to land more about what customers mean to us. We want to create more space for customers to feel heard, for them to connect with one another and to continue to build a community that focuses on personal responsibility, impact and building this together.
