Why the Little Things Matter - Even in a Setting Spray

Small changes, big impacts. That's the theme that seems to be threading itself though most of what myself and the team are doing behind the scenes. Of course there's all of what you know at Holme: amazing product, awesome ethics, educational backbone and you. But these small changes are crucial for us at Holme to ensure we are not just talking but we are walking- even when sometimes it feels like crawling.

Being a bootstrapped business (using our own money to fund launches) has meant we can't do everything at once but we get to do small, regular adjustments until we are happy that each product speaks all of our values.

With Golden Hour Glow I wanted to adjust the formula to ensure those who may have had wear issues due to oily skin- a formula that holds a bit tighter & gives a longer lasting glow. We added a ball bearing to show up for those who may have grip issues or an inability to shake it vigorously to break up the pearl that settles when not used.

Lastly we wanted to work with our manufacturer to remove ingredients that we not in alignment to our Holme Beauty Standard. This has been a huge win! Transparently- I will be tweaking this more and adding more conditional and newer technologies & actives in there on the next run but for this order we increased the Hyaluronic Acid to carry the skin conditioning properties.
